RE: NAHNS Awards
To: Clergy, Executive Board Officers, Regional Vice Presidents, Holy Name Members
Hello;
The Holy Name Society succeeds due to the tireless efforts of its Members. We usually express our “thanks” to those who labor in the vineyard. Sometimes it is appropriate to do more than that in recognizing special efforts. The NAHNS Awards are one way to do that.
NAHNS awards will be presented at the upcoming Convention to be held September 18-21, 2024, in Washington, DC at the Washington Retreat House. Nominations are now open!
The NAHNS awards are described below. Please nominate individuals you feel are worthy of special recognition using the attached nomination form. Nominations will be reviewed by the Awards Committee. The Committee will make the decision regarding which, if any, awards will be granted at this year’s convention.
Note: NAHNS is not required to grant awards. All awards are granted at the discretion of the NAHNS Awards Committee and the NAHNS Executive Board. Not all those who are nominated will necessarily be granted an award.
To nominate someone for an award, please complete the attached nomination form. Send the completed form to the Awards Chairman, John Bradley, on or before August 30, 2024.
