I can tell you right now how we implemented Trust Swiftly and how effectively NFC identity verification works. Our company has a logistics service where fast and accurate identification of drivers and contractors is important — we often hire people from different countries, and a regular document check by photo took a lot of time and did not provide the necessary level of security. We decided to implement Trust Swiftly precisely because of their multi-format approach and the presence of NFC passport reading, because many drivers now have biometric passports, and reading data directly from the chip is a real way out. As for the integration itself: at first, we were a little afraid that it would be difficult, especially with our not very flexible CRM. But it turned out that Trust Swiftly provides good API and scenario templates, and in literally a week we were able to adapt everything to our processes. The support was very helpful — a specialist was constantly in touch with us, with whom we even tested cases manually. NFC identity verification really helps out. The most important thing is speed. We had cases when the document looked OK visually, but when reading NFC data, Trust Swiftly immediately recorded a discrepancy - for example, the chip had a different date of birth or an empty field. This is, consider it an instant flag that the document is fake. And before, we would not have noticed this.

Interesting discussion! We are just starting to explore the market for digital identification solutions, and Trust Swiftly is currently on the shortlist. It is especially pleasing that there is an option to use NFC identity verification, because it is really more reliable than a simple passport photo. Thanks for the experience!
