Once, the system assigned two employees to the same zone at the same time — because I didn’t add a role restriction. But that’s easy to fix. The main thing is that the skeleton of the schedule is already ready, you just have to tweak it a little if necessary. The coolest thing is that if someone gets sick or leaves, you just deactivate the person, and Shifton offers a rebuilt version of the schedule, without him. You don’t have to create everything from scratch. And — what I really liked — the employees themselves see their shifts in the app, receive notifications, and ask fewer questions, “When do I work?” This really takes the pressure off.
